GENERAL ORDER PROCESS

We’ve streamlined our process, so you can now simply upload your artwork on our product pages to see your logo on our bags.  Once you've uploaded your artwork, you'll be able to size and position it to your preference.  Once you're happy with the sizing and placement you can checkout to finalize your order and pay.  You will no longer need to approve proofs or provide payment through a separate application.

PLEASE NOTE:  While our product page and shopping cart will reflect your logo on the bag, you won’t see your logo on the bag at checkout. Rest assured that we’ll reach out if for any reason there’s an issue with your artwork.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.  You’ll receive another email within 1 business day indicating that we’re moving your order to production.  Once your bags ship from our printing facility, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

single color imprint = 10 business days* + shipping time from zip 94577

multi-color imprint = 14 business days*+ shipping time from zip 94577

*Upon placement of order without any artwork issues.  We’ll notify you within 1 business day if there are any artwork issues.  Timelines do not include major holidays.  If you have a specific deadline, please email us first to ensure we can meet your timeframe.

 

RUSH ORDERS

Depending on your order details we may be able to get your production turnaround down to 4-6 business days.  Rush order fees are as follows

Orders under 250 pieces - $150

Orders greater than 250 pieces - $.85/unit

We can also use expedited shipping options to save additional time.

 

ARTWORK FORMATS

Accepted filetypes for upload include:

.svg

.ai

.pdf (with vector graphics)

.png (in high quality)

.gif (in high quality)

 

2 COLOR IMPRINTING

Artworks may only be handled as 2 Color if the color registration is not close.  This typically means that either the 2 colors are not adjacent or if they are adjacent, that variance in the precise placement of each color isn’t critical.  If you have any question, simple email us with your artwork and we can let you know if your artwork can be handled as a 2 Color or if it needs to be treated as a heat transfer.

 

FULL COLOR HEAT TRANSFERS

Full Color Logos need to be produced as heat transfers rather than screenprints.  Be sure to select the “Full Color Heat Transfer” option.

 

POUCH IMPRINTING

We can imprint on any non-stretchy fabric pouches provided that the imprint is a minimum of 1” from any edges or seams. 

For our 24-7 bag, with a stretchy pouch fabric, we don’t recommend imprinting on this pouch as imprinting is likely to crack or wear poorly.  An additional $2.50/bag applies if this is a second imprint location.  To place any order that require printing on the pouches, get in touch with us directly for order placement.

 

SPLIT LOCATION SHIPMENTS

We can split order to ship to multiple locations.  There is a $20 surcharge for each additional location.  To place these orders, please email us at custom@flipandtumble.com

 

ASSORTED BAG COLOR ORDERS

We can assort colors as long as each color quantity is ordered in a multiple of 6.  Please email us with your artwork and color/quantity details you’re looking for.

 

SHIPPING BAGS COMPACTED (NOT OPEN)

By default, we ship all imprinted bags open and uncompacted. We can ship the bags compacted for a 75 cent per unit surcharge. If you need the bags to ship compacted please get in touch to place your order. 

 

PMS MATCHING

You can elect for PMS matching when you order.  When no PMS color match is requested we simply match to your artwork . In most cases, PMS matching is not requested. 

 

EASY REORDERS

It's easy to reorder! Simply email us a previous order or invoice number and we’ll email you a link so that you can provide payment and confirm artwork/order details.  If you don’t know your order number, that’s fine too, simply let us know some basic order details and we’ll look it up.

 

PPAI AND ASI MEMBER DISCOUNT

Please email us with your PPAI or ASI member details, and we’ll provide a discount code for use at checkout.  Pricing noted on our site is G/V.
